This, as always, was going to be something different. I had big plans.

Everyone had plans, but then the world sort of stopped. I was in the middle of moving into a house, so all my usual gear was bagged up and out of reach. I started this project with apps on my phone. Later I added a small Moog kit I had borrowed from my friend Rome and the banjo and guitar that were in the other room of the house where I was temporarily staying.

Online, everyone started creating and giving. Hainbach released his "Isolation Loops" and asked the world to go and use it, Hullcogan and I started trading loops and I also found an ancient CD ROM of drum samples in a box while trying to find power cables.

By the time I had a computer set up again, there was a flood of new sounds and textures for me to work with.

Most of these songs were done in a day. Some I revisited and re-arranged after letting them breath for a bit. They reflect the day surrounding them and my emotional observations but also served as a much needed outlet during these strange, terrifying times.

And that's about it. This is by NO means some definitive statement on anything, just more "weird atonal sounds coming from down the hall."
